电化分解法是向溶解有被分解对象物质的水溶液施加一定的电压,在阳极和阴极之间产生一股电流,从而使被分解对象物质在阳极发生氧化反应,而在阴极发生还原反应, 最终分解成无害物质的一种方法。电化分解法的关键是电极材料,要求电极具有能产生强氧化性活性氧(O2 -)或自由羟基(OH)的电极电位,并在此电位下电极材料不发生溶解。



H2O→OH・ + H+ + e-(阳极)

OH ・ + COD → CO2+H2O(阳极表面附近)

H2O + e- → 1/2H2 + OH-(阴极)

电极材料性能要求:

1) 导电性好、氧气发生电位高。

2) 具有选择性电解催化氧化功能。

3) 与基质材料(Ti等)的结合性好,不易脱落。

4) 耐化学腐蚀,寿命长,成本低。

4) Chemical resistance, long life and low cost.
