分壁精馏塔（Dividing Wall Column，简称 DWC），又称为隔板精馏塔

（或隔壁精馏塔），属于完全热耦合的 特殊类型。分壁精馏塔实质就是在 塔内部增设一个竖立的隔板，将常规精馏塔的内部一分为二，在一个精馏 塔内 同时完成传质和传热过程。与完全热耦合精馏塔相比，分壁精馏塔将 完全热耦合精馏塔的预分馏塔与主塔组合在 同一个精馏塔内，这样的结构 省去了一个再沸器和一个冷凝器，从而节省了设备投资，同时由于热量在 同一个塔 内重复循环利用，因此也节省了能耗。

Dividing Wall Column (DWC for short), also known as partition rectification column

The essence of the dividing wall rectification tower is to add a vertical baffle inside the tower to divide the interior of the conventional rectification tower into two, and complete the mass transfer and heat transfer processes in a rectification tower at the same time. Compared with the fully thermally coupled distillation tower, the dividing wall distillation tower combines the pre-fractionation tower of the fully thermally coupled distillation tower and the main tower in the same distillation tower. This structure eliminates the need for a reboiler and a reboiler. Condenser, thereby saving equipment investment, and at the same time, because the heat is repeatedly recycled in the same tower, energy consumption is also saved.
