水平设置的若干塔板所组成。板式塔正常工作时， 液体在重力作用下自上而下通过各层塔板后由塔 底排出； 气体在压差推动下，经均布在塔板上的 开孔由下而上穿过各层塔板后由塔顶排出，在每 块塔板上皆储有一定 的液体，气体穿过板上液层 时，两相接触进行传质。

填料塔是以塔内装有大量的填料为相间接触构件 的气液传质设备。填料塔属于连续接触式气液 传 质设备，亮相组成沿塔高连续变化。正常操作状 态下，气相为连续相，液相为分散相。填料是填 料塔的核 心构件，它提供了气液两相接触传质的 相界面，是决定填料塔性能的主要因素。

工业生产或制冷工艺过程中产生的废热，一般要 用冷却水来导走。冷却塔的作用是将挟带

废热的冷却水在塔内与空气进行热交换，使废热 传输给空气并散入大气中。热气体由塔底进入，  与冷水在塔 中鼓泡接触传热，塔顶出口是被冷却 了的气体，塔底出口是被加热了的水。

Packed tower is a gas-liquid mass transfer equipment with a large amount of packing as the interphase contact member in the tower. The packed tower is a continuous contact gas-liquid mass transfer equipment, and its composition changes continuously along the tower height. Under normal operating conditions, the gas phase is the continuous phase and the liquid phase is the dispersed phase. Packing is the core component of the packed tower. It provides the phase interface for the mass transfer of gas-liquid two-phase contact and is the main factor that determines the performance of the packed tower.
