塔器制作有分:空分塔耦合膜分离精馏塔

空分塔:

空气分离三种技术方法:吸附法、膜分离法及低 温法,目前工业应用最为广泛的就是低温空气分 离 技术。低温法:利用空气中各组分沸点的不同,  通过一系列的工艺过程,将空气液化,并通过精 馏来达到不同组 分分离的方法。这种方法较前两 种方法可实现空气组分的全分离、产品精纯化、 装置大型化、状态双元化(液态 及气态),故在 生产装置工业化方面占据主导地位。

耦合膜分离精馏塔:

该技术涉及的是一种将有机溶液分离成有机物、 水溶液的固液分离工艺,涉及固液分离 技术领域。 耦合膜分离精馏工艺装置由膜分离装置和精馏装 置构成,有效的分离有机物和水溶液,具有工艺 流程 简单,结构紧凑的优点。

以上两种均是塔器制作的一种。

Air separation tower:

There are three technical methods of air separation: adsorption method, membrane separation method and low temperature method. At present, the low temperature air separation technology is the most widely used in industry. Cryogenic method: Using the different boiling points of the components in the air, through a series of technological processes, the air is liquefied, and the different components are separated through rectification. Compared with the previous two methods, this method can achieve complete separation of air components, product purification, large-scale equipment, and dual state (liquid and gas), so it occupies a leading position in the industrialization of production equipment.

Coupling membrane separation rectification tower:

This technology relates to a solid-liquid separation process for separating organic solution into organic matter and aqueous solution, and relates to the technical field of solid-liquid separation. The coupled membrane separation and rectification process device is composed of a membrane separation device and a rectification device, which effectively separates organic matter and aqueous solution, and has the advantages of simple process flow and compact structure.

Both of the above are made of towers.
