分壁精馏塔（Dividing Wall Column，简称 DWC），又称为隔板精馏塔（或隔壁精馏塔），属于完全热耦合的 特殊类型。分壁精馏塔实质就是在 塔内部增设一个竖立的隔板，将常规精馏塔的内部一分为二，在一个精馏 塔内 同时完成传质和传热过程。与完全热耦合精馏塔相比，分壁精馏塔将 完全热耦合精馏塔的预分馏塔与主塔组合在 同一个精馏塔内，这样的结构 省去了一个再沸器和一个冷凝器，从而节省了设备投资，同时由于热量在 同一个塔 内重复循环利用，因此也节省了能耗。

Dividing Wall Column (DWC for short), also known as partition rectification column (or next-wall rectification column), is a special type of complete thermal coupling. The essence of the dividing wall rectification tower is to add a vertical baffle inside the tower to divide the interior of the conventional rectification tower into two, and complete the mass transfer and heat transfer processes in a rectification tower at the same time. Compared with the fully thermally coupled distillation tower, the dividing wall distillation tower combines the pre-fractionation tower of the fully thermally coupled distillation tower and the main tower in the same distillation tower. This structure eliminates the need for a reboiler and a reboiler. Condenser, thereby saving equipment investment, and at the same time, because the heat is repeatedly recycled in the same tower, energy consumption is also saved.
