蒸发浓缩技术可用于各种高浓度工业废水、废液的减重减容、资源回收、物质分离等方面。蒸发浓缩技术的关键是如何减少蒸发过程的能耗和维持设备的连续无故障运转。在节能方面主要的技术有多效蒸发、 蒸汽机械再压缩蒸发(MVR)、热泵蒸发。我们可根据客户的物料和共用工程条件设计合理、节能、 性能可靠的蒸发浓缩系统。我们运用蒸发浓缩技术在废液浓缩、废酸回收、各种产品的浓缩脱水方便已有很多的业绩。

Detailed introduction:

Evaporation concentration technology can be used in various high-concentration industrial waste water, waste liquid weight reduction, resource recovery, material separation and other aspects. The key to the evaporation concentration technology is how to reduce the energy consumption of the evaporation process and maintain the continuous trouble-free operation of the equipment. The main technologies in terms of energy saving are multi-effect evaporation, steam mechanical recompression evaporation (MVR), and heat pump evaporation. We can design a reasonable, energy-saving, and reliable evaporation and concentration system according to the customer's materials and common engineering conditions. We have used evaporative concentration technology to facilitate the concentration and dehydration of waste liquids, waste acid recovery, and various products.


1. Power consumption does not include pump power and meter power.

2. The unit emission of CO2 is 232kg/t (steam) and 0.37kg/kW (electricity).

3. The feed temperature of the stock solution is the boiling point.

4. For convenience, all heat transfer coefficients are set to 1,000kcal/m2hr℃.
